The Urban Squirrel offers 2 warehouses.

Warehousing is located within 2 miles of Downtown Lexington. Each warehouse features 15,000 square feet of space and is connected together by a large open doorway. These warehouses may be leased separately.

Warehouse B:

Measures 173’L x 89’W
3 dock doors (2 have lift gates)
3 man doors as entry/exit
Very tall ceilings
Great access to outdoor parking/inventory area

Warehouse C:

Measures 231’L x 67’W
1 roll up door with ground level access
1 man door as entry/exit
Connected with large potential office/industrial open space just at top of steps for easy access; including own entry into office space
Elevator access available also (once reconnected)
Key pad and security gate at entry
Security cameras
