The Urban Squirrel if locally owned by Vance and Christie Evans both born and raised in the Bluegrass. Christie is the owner/ office manager and maintains the day-to-day operations. Vance is actively involved in the day-to-day operations and overseeing the facility. Being on site owners allows us to provide a very personal relationship for providing for our tenants.
